Register

The first time you launch TTSFlasher you will need to register an account. Your account keeps track of your vehicles and credits that you have access to use.

When the software brings up the Login prompt simply click the Register button and fill in the form. Once complete read the terms and conditions and if you accept click register.

Once you’ve submitted your details you will receive an e-mail to activate your account. Go to your e-mail and follow the link you receive, you will then be able to Login.

Login

To Login you need to enter your email address that you used to register with and your password.

If you have forgotten your details please contact support for help.

Interface Pairing

Each user account will be linked to an OBD interface once it first logs in. Once you have logged in your interface will be locked to your account. As a security measure this protects anyone else using your account without your cable. If you wish to sell you cable or change your cable you will need to contact support to release your pairing. If you require more than one cable you may ask support for secondary cable activations.

Main Screen

Once you have logged in you will be presented with the main screen which allows you to access the functions available to you. Select the function you wish to carry out and click next.

Logout - When you are finished click to log out and exit the application.

Credits - Press to view your credit balance or buy more.

Change Password - Press to change your password.

Cancel - Press to return to the main screen at any time and abort your current operation.

Next - {ress to continue through your current operation.

Credits

All tuning licensing is paid for with credits which must be purchased up front to buy tuning. Click the credits button on any screen to view your current credits. If you want to buy more click 'Yes'

All purchases are complete in Pound Sterling (£) 1 Credit is £10. Once purchased or used credits are non refundable or transferable or exchangeable. So buy them and use them carefully as required.

You will be prompted to spend credits when you attempt to access a vehicle that is not yet licensed, or when you attempt to use a tune group that is not yet licensed to that vehicle.

All vehicles need a license typically between 15-20 credits to access the vehicle. This will allow you access to free files available and the stock file for your car. Different stages of tune can be purchased for 5-30 credit depending on level and vehicle. You will usually be given enough credits to cover your vehicle license and a single stage of tunes when you buy a cable and credits bundle for your vehicle. Further tunes such as switching from stage 1 to stage 2 will cost less credits than the original purchase.

Connecting to OBD Port

Most operations require you to connect to your vehicle On Board Diagnostic Port (OBD) in order to carry the operation out. You will need to refer to your vehicles service manual or contact support if you have trouble locating it. Ensure it is always connected firmly and properly.

Flashing a Tune

To flash your ECU connect your interface cable to your car, ensure your car is parked somewhere sensible as this may takes some time and ensure you have both adequate vehicle battery and laptop battery and good internet available. If doubt move elsewhere and use chargers as appropriate.

When ready select Flash a Tune and click next on the home screen.

You will be prompted to connect to your vehicles OBD port do so now then press next and follow the instructions. Once complete the ECU identification and license details will be shown. If your vehicle is not yet licensed you will be prompted at this point to license your vehicle. The cost in credits will be displayed and a warning given to you that a transaction is required.

Next you will be given a list of available Tune Groups or Stages available to you as well as any free files or custom files. Free files will be purchasable at 0 credits. If you cannot find the tune you need contact support and request for it to be added. If you have a special unique requirement a custom file maybe available to you also, again contact support to request this and discuss any costs if required.

Any tunes that are licensed to you will appear in Green. Any that are Greyed out will require you to make a purchase with the displayed cost in credits. All tunes in that folder will become available to you once you make a purchase. Se;ect a file and click next. You will be prompted to purchase if required automatically.

Next you will be presented with a warning to ensure you are definitely ready to flash follow the on screen steps. Only when you are happy proceed further.

You will now be able to start flashing your ECU, when ready press start and wait patiently and follow any instructions exactly.

Once compelte click next to return to the Home Screen and test your vehicle. If you experience any issues contact support immediately.

Flashing a Stock File

To flash your ECU connect your interface cable to your car, ensure your car is parked somewhere sensible as this may takes some time and ensure you have both adequate vehicle battery and laptop battery and good internet available. If doubt move elsewhere and use chargers as appropriate.

When ready select Flash to Stock and click next on the home screen.

You will be prompted to connect to your vehicles OBD port do so now then press next and follow the instructions. Once complete the ECU identification and license details will be shown. If your vehicle is not yet licensed you will be prompted at this point to license your vehicle. The cost in credits will be displayed and a warning given to you that a transaction is required.

Click next to begin the download of the stock file from the server.

Once completed you will be presented with a warning to ensure you are definitely ready to flash follow the on screen steps. Only when you are happy proceed further.

You will now be able to start flashing your ECU, when ready press start and wait patiently and follow any instructions exactly.

Once compelte click next to return to the Home Screen and test your vehicle. If you experience any issues contact support immediately.

ECU Recovery

In instances where flashes fail, which is normally due to laptops running out of battery, cables being pulled or the ignition being switched off at the wrong time, in most cases a local recovery can be done via the TTSFlasher software. This should be your first step to restore your ECU, however if this fails in many cases by shipping the ECU to us, it maybe recoverable through other means which maybe at cost to you.

When ready select Recover ECU and click next on the home screen.

You will be prompted to connect to your vehicles OBD port and enter your vehicles VIN number. This will be used to validate you own the vehicle, and download recovery information to the vehicle. This will only work if you have previously used TTSFlasher on the vehicle so that the recovery information has been stored on the server.

Once completed you will be presented with a warning to ensure you are definitely ready to flash follow the on screen steps. Only when you are happy proceed further.

You will now be able to start flashing your ECU, when ready press start and wait patiently and follow any instructions exactly.

Once compelte click next to return to the Home Screen and test your vehicle. If you experience any issues contact support immediately.

ECU Identification Information

You may require to get your vehicle information to send to us for support. You can do this by clicking Read Vehicle ECU Information on the Home Screen.

You will be prompted to connect to your vehicles OBD port do so now then press next and follow the instructions. Once complete the ECU identification and license details will be shown.

Interface Identification Information

You may require to get your OBD Interface information to send to us for support. You can do this by clicking Read OBD Interface Information on the Home Screen.

The interface does not require to be connected to a vehicle for this. Once complete the OBD Interface identification and license details will be shown.
